To take advantage of the cleaning properties of the matting solutions, all private exterior walkways should be covered by Fall Thru LU 12mm. Recessed porch areas are best served by using Fall Thru Extra Duty 15mm which provides a deeper, firmer clean to hide any remaining dust particles from view, improving the image of the Hospital.

Entrance wells should be fitted with Fall Thru Extra Duty Plus 18mm which should be flush with the walls of the well Inside the doors and around the well, in what is known as 'the cleaning zone', we recommend installing Defender or Stay Put to a distance of at least 180cm (6') from the edge of the entrance well to complete the 'complete dust control entrance system'.

Rear Entrance Areas
We recommend marble professional for all rear entrance areas. Marble professional are good inexpensive mats, which allow them to be changed at regular intervals For the exterior of buildings, you can either use any fall thru left over from the front, or you can also use Trap mats or Brush it!.

Hospital Reception Areas
If the centre of the foyer requires a ramped centrepiece we suggest Logomats or Design mats. Runners are necessary for the front of the reception areas to give a finished front desk appearance. Our anti-fatigue runners such as Flex and Stand Easy, are ideal for use behind desks where staff have to stand for long periods.

Lifts
The area around the lift is a natural high traffic point. Most of the employees, patients and visitors must pass this point. The lift area, and the lifts themselves, are an ideal point to stop dirt circulating and this is where efficient cleaning products, can have maximum effect. Loose laid internal dust control mats, or a clean zone installation are also very effective in this position. For installations around lifts, we recommend Marble Professional or Scraper, or for loose laid mats we recommend Directional mats, Design mats or Decor.

General Installations
Loose laid Marble Professional are effective, inexpensive dust control mats which can be laid all over the building to control dust circulation, or alternatively use Stay Put, which are more expensive but last longer and stick to tiled or wooden floors without adhesives, and are fully machine washable.
